Welcome to www.thehappyzone.in (the “THZ Site”). The THZ Site is operated by The Happy Zone Group (“THZ”). THZ offers children’s education and entertainment programs specializing in science, STEM & robotic education.
THZ and any and all entities that control, are controlled by, or are affiliated or under common control with THZ are collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the THZ Site. By using the THZ Site, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the THZ Site.

If an entry is repeated, we reserve the right to adjust and consolidate it by adding it to the same contest accordingly.

All information, materials, functions, and other content (“Content”) on THZ Sites are our copyrighted property or that of our licensors. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to us and/or our licensors. We may change or delete the THZ Site or Content at any time without notice.

There are two types: Solicited Submissions (requested or allowed by us for consideration) and Unsolicited Submissions (not requested).

You agree any Submissions you make are not confidential or entrusted and that you have no expectation of compensation unless expressly stated.

You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display your Submissions in all media for any purpose without further notice or payment.
You represent that you own or have rights to all Submissions and have obtained all necessary permissions for us to use them.
For musical works included in Submissions, you confirm licensing rights through performance rights organizations.
We reserve the right to grant you a limited license to create derivative works using our copyrighted materials if required by Submissions you make.
You appoint us as your agent to execute any document necessary to confirm these rights.
5. Accounts
Some THZ services require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and protect your login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating terms or engaging in infringement.
6. Public Forums and Communication
Public Forums on THZ Sites allow users to share Submissions publicly and are not private. You assume all risks posting in Public Forums and understand information may not be secure.
You are solely responsible for your Submissions and consequences of posting. We do not endorse or guarantee any opinions or advice posted by users.
We may refuse to post, modify, or remove Submissions in Public Forums at our discretion.
7. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to distribute any Submission that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, violent, illegal, infringing, commercial, harmful, disruptive, or violates applicable restrictions.
We do not guarantee other users comply with these rules; you assume all risk from their violations.
8. Cooperation; Removal of Submissions
We may remove or refuse to post Submissions violating these Terms, and disclose user information when required by law or to protect safety. We reserve the right to remove any Submissions at any time for any reason.
